Hey...so what ever happened to the creation of TGF 2? I was getting really excited about it, lol, but clickteam just stopped talking about it. They're still making it, right?

If you look reeeaally close, you will still regulary see news and forum posts about it on both the Clickteam site and the TDC.
Only a few weeks ago, someone posted a link to 'make amazing games', a demo for the press about TGF2 and MMF2 and shit.
Or those who can live without the extra features/extensions. Depending on what kind of games you want to make and how advanced (or maybe 'professional') you want them to be, you may not need MMF 2. I use the word 'need', as there is a difference between 'need 'and 'want'. You know you don't need that stupidly-fast car or that smartphone that does everything but make the tea for you...but you may want them nonetheless =P.

I'm pretty sure I need extensions.

Well for me it kind of depends how much more clickteam will charge for MMF2. I forget if prices have already been announced but MMF2 is anything stupid like over £100 I will think twice before forking out straight away.
Also will TGF2 come with a lot of features built in that we use as extensions now? For instance Mode7, MOO, mod music support. That sort of thing.
"What, you mean you haven't heard anything new about it for a month? Be quiet, you impatient moron."
Hm! You're pretty cool, Phizzy! Thanks for that great response! Oh man, that response inspired me to go out and research TGF 2!
I suppose calling people names actually accomplishes something, and apparently you have excellent word choice! "Moron"...wow, what a creative word! Phizzy, you are something else!
Now I suggest you knock it the hell off, because it seems like you never have anything positive to say. If you're gonna be ignorant and--dare I say?--childish, go on n00bs.com or something.
"There already was a post like this just a month ago. And why are all these idiots so exited about TGF 2 when there's gonna be a much better MMF 2?
I suggest someone deletes this topic."
TGF 2 is just MMF2 lite. If TGF 2 has a similar layout to the old TGF and MMF2s layout is similar to MMf 1.5s, It would be easier for some people to just use TGF2 to make smaller games.I can navigate 10x faster in TGF than in MMF because of the way MMF is set up . Not to mention . . . isnt tgf 2 gonna be cheaper?
I won't be able to live without extensions
Yes, maybe the TGF layout is faster, but it's still not that bad, they've fixed a lot of bugs in the MMF editors
And if you want cheap crap, go get GameMaker instead, pfft.
Why would clickteam purposely make MMF harder to navigate?
I think TGF2 simply has less features and is the equivalent of the standard edition whereas MMF2 is the pro with all the extras.
"MMF2 runs with only one window at a time, but you can open up new windows by holding down SHIFT and clicking on a relevant frame. Overall interface can be customised to suit TGF or MMF users."
That's what all the stupid noobs think >=/
When i first got MMF i didn't think it was all that much cooler and powerfullynessier than TGF, but later on i've learned how much more powerful and flexible it is, and with all those cool extensions... Wheee! It really does matter.
