Howdy peoples and persons.

I was in the neighbourhood and decided to drop by. Just in case anyone thought I had dropped dead from alcohol poisoning or something involving some kind of extreme activity of idiosy, the rumours are not true.

Oh yes, where are my manners. Hey to everyone who is not familiar with me, I'm Muggus. I used to be a serial spamming...i mean frequent guest to the site here about hmmm mayhaps a year or so ago. I also, apparently, use to do a bit of clicking in my day. My day being around 1994, but that's beside the point.

So yeah, why am I here you ask?
Well to say hello to everyone of course. No offence, but i'm suprised how little the site has changed since my last visit. Not that it's a bad thing, at least I know my way around. But anyway, it's good to see so many old familiar faces.
One of the other reasons I decided to check things out on the click front is due to a bit of inspiration I got from a book I recently read. The Age Of Spiritual Machines by Ray Kurzweil, a very in-depth about the future of 'evolution'...evolution being technology...but yeah enough about that.

Basically I was a bit insprired by some of the concepts to brush off my copy of MMF and get cracking at some AI programing. In particular making AI that learns and evolves from it's environment. Of course my program at this point in time is quite basic...and well slow cause I watched my AI's slowly evolve greater 'ability' over an hour, which is a bit sad. Anywho, so I ended up here as a result.

Enough about me anyway, how's everyone doing!? I demmand stories!

Hello there, Muggus. I still remember you, but you disappeared pretty quickly after I registered.

Stories?
The Daily Click 4 is here and still being updated.
The Halloween skin was cool.
A group of spammers joined TDC and annoyed the heck out of everyone (they're behaving a bit more, now).
There's been an argument about wheter Circy is quitting (still going on).
Aaaand... The GOTWs weren't too bad for the last year.

I'm looking forward to that evolving system! It's really cool and hard to do, so I wish you good luck with it.

Ah yes. You were definately a familiar face from the past. At least the name Black Wizards rings a bell anyhow.

To be honest, I didn't actually officially leave. Not on purpose anyway. The fact was I got a new computer and basically it took a while to get up and running. And in that process I lost a few bookmarks, cookies and internet settings which basically ment I couldn't get into DC, or any other sites as a member for that matter.
And then I got a fulltime job, a serious interest in playing guitar, a busy social life and a girlfriend, and somewhere along the line I forgot about my beloved DC. Sure, i'd occasionally remember the good times. And so many there were...*memories* [insert montage here]

But yeah, good to hear from ya Black Wizard...or DaVince (anything to do with the Da Vinci Code may I ask?)...good to know I'm not too forgotteb.

Nope. No Da Vinci code involved. Just something to do with my real name, and I kinda liked it.
The [Black Wizards] wasn't behind my name when you were here about a year ago though (I think). And I had this Commander Keen avatar.

And I don't think anyone really minds that you left. You were busy, it's understandable...

Hmm, I'm new, well, I've been here since July 2005, and I've been here almost every day since. I have been using MMF for about 5 years, so I am pretty good at it. Uhh, that's about it for a short intro. So uh, hi Muggus.

Oooo I noticed the hair thread. I should post a pic of me back around 5 months ago, I had a great moustache cranking back then.

Oh, and hey to Wartagon, Assault Andy, Phizzy, Pete, Vortex, AndyUK, and Peblo...good to see you guys alive and well. Although I can never be too sure about the latter, I can never be too sure of the wellbeing of some of the people around these parts.

Anyway, so has anything big in the way of contraversies and big threads happened in the past year? Was always good fun to have lengthy threads on philosophy and the like back in the day. Made the forum all the more entertaining.
