This is pretty dry subject, I just wanted to bring it to the attention of whoever sorts these things out, the emoticon isn't working on the article comments page. I wonder if it's not working anywhere else...?

X-closing-parenthesis is something that turns up a lot when talking about code, which may be why it's been disabled.

I don't pay any attention to those stupid things. Anyway, do any smileys at all work in article pages? They used to be a huge pain in the arse.
