Uhh, no, I don't think I have any sort of patterny thing that I got to do, except the fact that I always start the events in MMF's event editor with "Start of Frame" even if I don't plan to put anything in that condition. That just happens to be click related...
I don't really have anything like that. Although i did used to have a habit of doing something, i can't remember what it is now. It was something along the lines of turning lights off when i left the room...
Some common ocd's are washing your hands constantly or checking light switches a lot.
I just wrote a paper on OCD for my Mental Health class, here's a snippet, because I doubt you care much about the rest:
The main dimensions of OCD have so far been categorized into sexual/religious obsessions, hoarding, contamination and cleaning, symmetry and ordering, and aggressive disorders and checking. Sexual/ religious obsessions deals with thoughts an individual thinks that are adverse to their general morals and beliefs such as perverseness, blasphemy and sacrilege. Hoarding relates to those who excessively collect and save often useless objects such as cans, pieces of paper and string. One of the most common symptoms of OCD is the concern of contamination and cleanliness. There is a fear of external bodily fluids, dirt and germs in the environment, and contracting illnesses. Like the contamination and cleaning symptom, symmetry and ordering is another common symptom of OCD, individuals with this symptom will often find themselves double checking and making sure of things; it is extremely repetitive and often involves patterns and counting of some kind. Being the last symptom stated aggressive disorders and checking involves the fear of harming oneself or others, unwanted acts, and the actions the individual feels he needs to do to make sure everything is safe and secure. For example, checking to see whether the stove is off innumerable times, or routinely checking that the locks on doors are functioning properly multiple times.
I'm pretty obsessed with objects in my room being perfect and everything - like if something is close to the edge of my desk, I have to move it into the middle and if everything I put in the same place and stuff. I do it to make my room look neat, but my mum reckons i'm obsessed.. either way its not as bad as some people I have seen on TV, who have to put everything in exactly the same position in order to keep their families alive.. lol
I have to admit to being obsessive when I was a lot younger. (about 12-ish) I would take down all 120 copies of Amiga Format and Mean Machines Sega downstairs, sit by the radiator and read for hours. Every day.
Also, there was a period of time when I would always shut the cupboard door. And also a period of time where I felt I had to kill every single fly in the house.

I think I'm going through a phaze now, I'm washing my hands alot. When I go into the shower, I wash my hands with soap before putting on shampoo, and then I wash my hands again before washing my face. Crap, I wash my hands alot. So I probably have a classic case of mild OCD, but I think I would be able to stop if I wanted to.
A guy in my family (although not directly related) has OCD. He cleans all day and is always on edge unless he knows everything is completely dust-free and shiny.
By a route obscure and lonely,
Haunted by ill angels only,
Where an Eidolon, named night,
On a black throne reigns upright,
I have reached these lands but newly
From an ultimate dim Thule
From a wild clime that lieth, sublime,
Out of space
Out of time.
