Q-Bert(For PC) had this issue. 2 good ways to get around this issue is 1, build it into MMF via project, and 2. Use Blowfish to encrypt the movie, so that only your game with the proper key, can decrypt it, once the game is beaten and the ending is played.

if u're making quality movies , then just leave them alone. This , besides making your game look professional , will let your players just keep on watching those movies as many times as they like. If you have an imp. ending and can't end it without using a movie cut scene then simply encrpyt that one. If i was you , i would have left it alone , completly .. either ways its ur choice
i'll see u soon if you're real serious ( & intrested ) about movies .. maybe i need your help!
