I understand there was a lot of clicking going on before I started (back in 2001) And since tons of new games are made every day some of those classics are easily forgotten.
It doesn't have to be the first you played, it could be a memorable classic from way back then, or one that is long forgotten by the masses but still played regularly by yourself.
the example games don't count!
Screenshots or the file itself if possible!
The most memorable for me was a south park mario game, only because i happened to spot someone playing it at college and saw the TGF splash screen, shortly there after i did a search for The games factory and got the demo!
I think Watkins was the first real click game I played. I started klikking in 1997 but the first 2 years I never searched for anything klik-related on the internet. I played Watkins right after I finished some Fishhead game in klik&play and it made me feel crap. It also made me aware of TGF and the fact I bought K&P in the local shop when TGF was already out.
However, the only klik game I actually played till the end was Shima bros, johnsprogram is god I tell you.
Edit: This topic made me mellow and nostalgic, I am going to the total klik now and relive the old days.
Apart from the ones that came with KNP the first klik games I played were a puzzler with a snail and a Destruction Derby-type game. I remember searching for the games for the first time and top of the results was "Darren Productions".
I've been in the klikking scene (mind you, in and out verrry much) for like.. 6-7 years now.. let me try and remember that far back!
Well, there was this very strange RPG game.. it was a series of 6 games. You had to go through a castle and collect stuff.. it was pretty good for its time. I forget the name, though.
Well.. haha, to contribute.. I suppose I'd have to say a paintball game I found a long time ago. It was pretty well done.. I may be able to find it again. I just remember it having awesome music =D (And being fun, too).
