As its time approached, you could hear every tick

Eager, excited, with breaths abated
June 30th is the day that we were told
That Multimedia Fusion 2 would be sold
This would be accompanied by a new website
And a better forum, the future looks bright
It has been a long time since "that" Convention
Where they showed off their ultimate extension
And with SDKs for movements, ink effects, filters and sounds
Room for manoeuvre has progressed leaps and bounds
Although it may not all be there from the top
We all know that Francois and Yves won't stop
Until they reach the zenith of perfection
And then they'll begin on the Fusion 3D collection
After months of beta testing, I can finally see
That their greatest work has been let free
Thanks to Jeff for eventually flipping the switch
And scratching our ceaseless Clicking itch
Clickteam has three flavours you can buy from their shop
For novices, regular Joes and the top of the crop
Which to go for is a matter of personal choice
So it is time to ask your inner voice:
Do you want to be able to extend?
How much cash are actually you willing to spend?
Are alpha channels your cup of tea?
Will you sell your games on a shiny CD?
But wait! You don't have to decide today
Just download the demo and have a play
Figure out what features you actually use
And only then, will you have to choose
Before it is ordered you may have to wait
To get a discount for being CT's mate
And then hopefully without much delay
You'll get MMF2: Hip hip hurray!
