Yes indeed. That's what I thought we were talking about was light stuff like that... I wasn't aware we were competing... I REALLY need to stop posting now. REALLY. I'm done. Someone give me a yell if the mods decide to recruit helpers.

Have the couch, I want the comfy office chair!
You can log off any time you like, but you can't ever leave.
DAGH! Fine. One more post since I can't edit. What qualifications are we talking about? I wasn't aware that I was trying to prove anything, and that I was unproving it. You sure are a nice guy.
EDIT: wow this is crazy. I realize that, Johnny.
EDIT EDIT: I meant that I realize you weren't applying, not that you wouldn't be good. Sorry about that.

Also desperately trying to convince the admins to make you mod isn't going to help you.
For the record, I wasn't trying desperately to make them make me a mod. I was just saying I have time to invest and I think I could do a fairly good job. You don't have to be well known to accept downloads and put up news. (And I think a few people know me...) I think a bit of fun competition would be cool, but I don't want to just argue over it. I thought we were having fun.
I do actually quite like your idea of moderators Andy. There are people here who I would trust with accepting games .etc, but not so much being able to ban people and such. Could be a bit of work to implement, but it could be a good solution too.
im here almost every day several times a day. the only time i dont post is when theres nothing worth posting on.
moderation powers for a select trusted few who are constantly on tdc. i second it. and third and fourth it. you have to start at fifth now.
Well we do have lower level admins, which I beleive are still call Editors, the system just needs implimenting properly to take account the user level, I think its a bit mitchmatched as to what editors can and can't do at the moment, just needs unifying
