I used to play ping pong and (american) football alot. If I had kept at it I would probably be very good, because I have a good body type for it. (not the fat type. ) I like to hike... but I don't know if that's a sport. O_o I'd say heaving the bellows of my accordion back and forth is like lifting some dumbells.
I play a bit of soccer, paintball, just little enough to avoid injury.

I work out 3 times a week on the gym. Only it just works out a few core muscle groups so I've got good biceps and quads but nothing for any stomach muscles. Also the treadmill. I like to do 2 miles a day at a constant 6mph. It's not much but I'm slowly training to be a marathon runner. I'm a pedigree for it!
Sports? None really. Just solo stuff like running, swimming, hiking (with extra weights in the backpack to work the shoulders).
I play many physical games of badminton and used to go to the gym, so my upper body half is quite muscular... however, I've developed a little belly from consumption of chocolate... though I'm certainly not fat.
Also play streethockey (for those who don't know, hockey + rollerblading). It's fast, fun and very aggressive, also built up some very strong legs as a result of this. Shame I don't have much stamina though lol.
Oh, I remember swingball... except that I broke both bats cos I hit the ball so hard. Oh well.
Ah yes, there was once a time when I played street hockey every day. Except it was in a large parking lot (I lived next to a church) so I could go alot faster and farther than if we were on a street.
Wham-O has a trademark on "Frisbee" that they like to vigorously defend, so its officially "Flying Disc" and just "Ultimate" now. On a related note, nobody buys Wham-O's anymore.
I play basketball everyonce in a while with my brothers.
But my main sport is skateboarding, it it my life.
I skateboard for ATLEAST 20 minuets everyday (on a bad day)
Im starting to get good though, me and my friends are trying to get sponcered by our local skate shop.
Your just jealous that you're not as awesome as me.
(And my megaman avatar )
I used to train around 5-7 times a week in martial arts and have competed in grappling tournaments and Mixed Martial Arts events, even getting as far as the British Amateur finals in 2006. Nowadays i'm just a lazy git!
Used to be in my town's rugby union u-20s team, but I gave that up when I went to university. Now it's just football, not serious like, just with mates and that.
Recently I've been working every day and they have me lifting these bloody boxes (for about 8 hours) onto pallets - they're not heavy, 15k at most (or 30k if it's bags) but it's kept me damn fit. My beer belly's gone very much smaller now, to the extent that I have to buy new jeans.

Discarded pizza boxes are an indispensable source of cheese.

I used to do track and field, which I lost interest in. Then I did some gymnastics for a few years, but the dates on which that was held changed and I couldn't go anymore. Now I just try being energetic enough to stay healthy. Which means that when I'm outside I tend to run, even jump on stuff (somewhat like free running).
