Kopparberg yeah, love the pear version of that. It's nice that alot of our bars up 'ere sell them, but they're so overpriced.

The worst thing about drinking pear cider is when some simpleton sidles up to you and tells you how it's 'technically perry'.

Westons - love it, it's in my fridge right now.... no wait i've opened it! "Henry Weston's Special Reserve Cider, Vintage 2008"... mmmmm!

And Kopparberg, that's the pear cider i drink the most these days in wetherspoons pups, on match days that is (don't go in there otherwise, not many girls to look at! lol)

My favourite is Much Marcle's finest, Stowford Press. Anyone tried that? I recommend!

I'm a huge cider lover. Never knew it came in cans though. I usually buy it in cartons during the fall. But the only cure I've had it for would constipation (No potty joke, hey it's the apples man) I love cider. My only question, is this normal cider or hard cider?

I've never really been a cider fan... I like it but it's not something I'd choose to drink if there was something else

Real men drink real ale. Specifically anything from Samuel Smith's pubs costing less than £1.50 a pint. Old Brewery and Sovereign are the dog's (although I am partial to an Alpine lager every now and then).

But, alas, I will drink almost any alcoholic drink regardless of taste, strength or 'manliness', (as I have no standards and no concept of my own levels of drunkenness), apart from the Cinnamon flavour Aftershock due to some... regrettable, shall we say... events on a birthday of mine.

Saying all this makes me want a beer. Fuck it, I'm off to the shop.

I dunno, did your vodka story involve you running naked around the outside of a pub?

Oh, and I did go to the shop, eight Fosters for £6.99, not bad really considering it's two minutes walk.

I think you've just lost at life for doing that. Or do you win?

Yeh, a few people looked a me differently for a while after that, but on the most part it was looks of horror, disgust and strange admiration.

I once heard that Matt Boothman drinks only the bloodied ale from the udders of great Norse cow gods. Is this true?
