I don't want to sound arrogant here, so rather then jump to conclusions, I'm going to ask what you guys think. Who was necessarily in the wrong here? I mean judged based on what we see, not what might have happened before. Because I honestly can't really tell. Any insight and why?
This fight was preventable on both sides but if one person must be at fault I'd say it's the black guy. Reasons being:
1: it was the black guy who 1st muttered the shoe shine comment only to get upset at the guy for asking about it
2: the beard man did get up and leave to avoid anything physical
3: the black guy hit first so technically it was self defense
On the other hand, the guy in the beard could have shut up and just let the black guy talk crap about him without replying back. Also, his shirt says " I AM a MOTHER F****er" which kind of makes me question his character.
But honestly, i think the bearded man gave the guy what he deserved. I'm sick of people who act all scary and pretend to be offended about everything.

You've made some very valid points. Definitely gave me something to think about. I agree. Thanks.
I don't understand how anyone can't understand who was wrong and who was right in the fight... It's about as obvious as a practice hazard perception video
White man and black man argue, white man moves away, black man follows and attacks, white man defends. Pretty simple to come up with a conclusion for that, I'd say

Sorry, I misinterpreted some of the info. With the info given (reading it over a second time) I don't know which one's in the right; if either. It seems they could've been on 2 different topics, then got into a fight.
