Channel 4 shows the simpsons in the UK on weeknights at 6pm, but in the past few months they seem to repeat the same episodes a week/fortnight later O_o

I don't think they have anybody checking which episodes they've already shown. They'll show some eps literally a month apart from its repeat, and some you won't see for years.

I have to agree with you there - the new episodes aren't clever anymore, they just seem to revolve around far-fetched and stupid storylines and/or celebrity appearances.
Whatever happened to genius episodes like when Homer "found" all that sugar and tried to sell it, or when Frank "Grimey" Grimes came to work at the power plant? Very good episodes!

I love 24, great program. I also love Dexter. I also love Prison Break, shame it ended ages ago but it was one of the best programs I've ever seen so good it ended before it turned crap.
I still love the A-Team.
I enjoy American Dad, Family Guy, OLD Simpsons (the new ones just suck donkey balls) and I love South Park.
Robot Chicken is also great WHICH IVE DOWNLOADED ololol
Talking about comedy I think The Whitest Kids You Know is a good program.
Basically a lot of content on Adult Swim is great and watchable. Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Stroker and Hoop which should have gotten way more episodes and a lot of other Adult Swim programs.
Talking about "kids" programs I love Chowder. The way its drawn, animated in different styles, the humour- everything. WONDERFUL program!
I'm a big fan of basically all programs Derren Brown did.
I also LOVE Charlie Brooker. His screen wipe and newswipe program are great. I havn't found a DOWNLOAD (lolol sue me) for the program he did on video games yet but would love to see it.
Oh and Hulu isn't available in my countries and neither are DVDs of a lot of programs I love and if I want to import them they have a region code haha
There are way more GREAT and wonderful shows. For example I've watched like 4 episodes of Seinfeld on TV last night at like 3am and I still laughed my ass off.

I wouldn't choose to watch "Two and a half men", but I don't hate it that much either - it's just the usual American sit-com trash.
I've been watching "Game On" a lot - strangely enough, I'd completely forgotten about it, even though I used to watch it religiously when it first aired.
I also seem to end up watching "Tru Calling" quite a lot, although I have no idea why.
Finally, I just started on "Greys Anatomy" again - the current episodes on FIVE seem to pick up right where I was before, back when I watched it abroad.
Worst thing I've seen recently - "Bromance" (I think that's what it was called?) - a reality show with Brody Jenner from "The Hills" trying to find a new BFF. It was even more gay than it sounds.
