With a classic controller with wiimote dangling from the end of it because Nintendo was too cheap to give the CC its own RF transmitter No thanks...

It's a good thing they came out with a second:
This is what mine looks like. I also prefer the controller modeled after the Japanese/European one. It has convex buttons and a convex back and it's more colorful.
This:
Versus this weird thing:
I know people who prefer the feel of this one though, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

I have some spare SNESes, still looking for a yankee SNES for Mario RPG and Kirby's dreamland 3. I have Mario RPG on Wii but that just doesn't do it.
I do think the Jap/Eur SNES looks a lot better than the USA one, I guess the "right framerate" depends on how you look at it.

A lot of the games were designed in Japan and over in Japan, they use NTSC.

Actually I do think it looks just fine and I really have to get one. I just never got WHY it had to have a different design. Was it because the original design didn't look like the NES?

I think the US SNES looks more like the Famicom than the NES.

Lol, I didn't know that you could still play those things. Sure don't make 'em like they used to.
