Mediafire doesn't require registration.

The ads aren't that bad. There is usually 1 popunder ad every time you download something. Other than that its just built-in ads that don't affect shit. The download speeds are usually really good.

IIRC if you upload from the same location constantly, even without an account, it remembers where you are uploading from and shows you the past files you have uploaded as well.
