I think my earlier games were better. The later ones became too joke-like and unserious after reading comments like "funny, liked the cutscenes". I'd totally ruined everything.

I still think that ZombyDude's REVENGE is one of the funniest games I'd ever played. Definitely my favourite of that year.

Don't sweat it. Long story short, games can still be very entertaining even if you feel the platform engine isn't the best or whatever. Some people are harsh in their judgments, while others will have a blast and ignore the parts that are annoying or don't work so smoothly.

Keep making games at your own pace; as long as you're not boring yourself and have stopped learning, then you'll be fine.

On another note, Nim, I was quite impressed with Vortex Runner back in the day Do you have any of the games made by Oł?

It's nice of you to say I thought it was pretty cool back in the day too, but now I can hardly look at it, hah!

I still have all of our games. I think I kept everything we ever created - even the unreleased stuff we traded on IRC - and I made a big montage video a few years ago (edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-EnfgaPVNo ) How about you guys? Does one of the ex-Natomic members have a huge archive of everything you guys worked on?

I didn't realise you guys had made so many games! That video gave me a nice nostalgia ride What are they all up to now?

I'm not sure if Andi kept a backup of all the games they released. This link has some games published on the earlier posts: http://www.facebook.com/natomic?sk=wall

The O3 guys are all doing well I think. We keep in touch through Facebook and some on Twitter. They're all still interested in making games to some degree. It's something that never leaves you I think! I don't think it's my place to talk about them by name here, though I'm sure you could find recent indie games and art by them with a little searching.

I'd love to see a montage video of other groups' games too. Natomic, Faind, Silvernova, VReal.. DO IT!
