I have about 200MB worth of music for my game. This is before sound effects and voice clips. Obviously, this is a bit on the large size, especially as I want this on the iOS App Store. Does MMF compress audio files once their embedded? *hopes*
But it doesn't seem to give you much control. Might help to compress the audio before importing it. OGG files are pretty good for size-quality balance, and you could always lower the bitrate manually in an editor like Audacity.
Thanks guys. I've dabbled with Audacity before but know nothing about audio terminology. Is there usually a safe standard you can lower the bitrate to?
