Well, the world may never know, except for the developer (me).
I'm just kidding. Actually, it's pretty simple and easy to do. First, you make strings or formatted texts of the texts want to show. Second is to make the background. The third is to set the formatted texts or string as a certain group like for example netural. Fourth in the event editor put (start of frame) then make the group you select for the formatted texts or strings invisible. (The reason why you should put it the formatted texts or strings in a group is so you don't have to individually put make invisible for each one. Or in short term it saves time coding). Fifth you put, if (timmer equals a certain time, for example, 1 second). Make a certain string or formatted text reappear). Sixth, to repeat step 5 for the rest of the strings or formatted texts you have and of course make the time they reappear larger than the one put for the first formatted text or string you have to reappear first. Then the seventh and final step is to put another if (Timer equals a certain time). Then (jump to the frame you want the player or you to go next).
And that's how it's done and if you don't understand it in words I'll provide a link to download my presents screen to see how actually works. http://www.filedropper.com/monadoboy64presentsscreen
Hope this helps!
