Btw Joshtek, I was intending to upload the full version of my game BASE DEFENDER to Kliktopia, but the uploader just gives me an error message when I open it. It can't find VCRUNTIME140.dll.

Yup! That did the trick! I completely forgot I wiped my computer recently and am still missing a heap of stuff!

This account was created in 2008, but I had an earlier account around 2003-4 or so back when you had to register to download games. Also it would ask you to vote up or down on games when you downloaded them.
