Don't you just hate when you're on a roll, adding in the most complex events one after another, only to be baffeld by the most basic events? Well, I sure hate it.
I posted this a while back, but decided I'd figure it out myslef, but my efforts ended in vain...
I want my stupid dude to shoot 3 arrows at once, so i have an event like this:
Upon Pressing Control +
Flag ** is on
-------------
(Knight) Shoot arrow (at random direction) at speed of 85
(Knight) Shoot arrow (at random direction) at speed of 81
(Knight) Shoot arrow (at random direction) at speed of 78
Yet...he shoots one! All the shooting events are in the same line, so WHY DOES'NT IT WORK?!?!? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i always have this problem. still have not solved it but what i havn't tried yet is copy the event 3 times (when copying keep the shoot arrow, not the sound and animation effects for example)
that could work
It's your shooting animation. What you need to do is use the Bouncing Ball method, or use X/Y pos coding... If you want to stick with the Shoot Object type method, your only choice is to erase his shooting animation. Unless somebody has another method of making it work, I just remember that after hours of work I never could get that crap to fire things .
won't you look up at the skyline
at the mortar, block, and glass
and check out the reflections in my eyes?
you see they always used to be there
even when this all was grass
and I sang and danced about a high-rise
Unfortunately I have a shooting animation and don't want to part with it , but mmf doens't do this, right? I plan on buying 1.5 soon cuz of the platform extension, so it's all good. Thanks alot guys!
