Ah, cool, a nice newbie. It's people like you who get me motivated on this Click FAQ thing.
First off, if you want help figuring out MMF, there's a tutorial that comes with it. I'm pretty sure it's in the full version but I'm not sure about the demo. It's under the help menu somewhere. You can also try to use TGF; it's a lot easier to figure out and it runs on practically the same method.
Don't worry too much about graphics. As the saying goes in the criminal underworld, "If they don't know that it's wrong, or they don't want to believe it, they won't ask about it." In other words, just take something from an open MMF or TGF library that people haven't heard of. A good search on Google will do.
As for MMF Pro and Standard, the Pro only helps you make a game look COMPLETELY professional. That is, when people click on it they won't immediately notice it's from Clickteam, it's got some nifty stuff for packaging, you don't need to include a logo, etc. I use MMF for commercial reasons and I still use MMF Standard. So, unless you want to cover up the fact that it's a MMF game, you really don't need MMF Pro.
Oh, and be careful if you release your game in these parts. Some people really don't like anything the slightest bit unprofessional, so just brace yourself to some horrible comments.

Ripped graphics can be appropriate sometimes. For example, the sonic DIY. But I think ripped graphics need to have a purpose, otherwise they are just stolen graphics with no purpose.
Part of the reason why there's so many fan games out there. Can't draw your own graphics? Just make a fan game of something you ripped off .
