Hello un-healthely obsessed DC'ers! Well, here's the thing... I've been trying to make a good trailer for one of my games, and all I have is hyper cam ... Does anyone know of a good Trailer Creating thingie?
Thanks,

Believe it or not, microsoft doesn't want any money for one of their most useful programs. Movie Maker 2: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsXP/moviemaker/downloads/moviemaker2.asp
Best trailer editer EVER.
I use riverpast video recorder, but it costs money but http://www.techsmith.com/download/snagitdefault.asp?lid=DownloadSnagIt
has a free full featured 30-day trial, its not very good, but after tweaking FPS rate and such, its pretty good.

Get the hypercam demo, then edit the video so you cant see the annoying "unregistered hypercam" text.

How do you record the screen in Windows Movie Maker 2? Without of course filming the screen.

you can't, windows movie maker is for editting videos, not making them.

go on download.com, find a free screen capture tool, snagit has a free trial with no watermark.
From there, I suggest Windows Movie Maker 2, I really like it.

Anne-Marie: No, they have to share one.

Windows Movie Maker 2 is great, I use it for Movie Making with my digital camera. It so simple to use compared to Ulead and other like that.

Use Adobe Premiere!
I use it very much and it's one of the best movie editing tools "up-to-date".
can't help you with screencapture tools.

I use Camstudio. But I also have a nice high RAM speed and a fairly new computer, so at present video recording is VERY smooth.
If you wanna see how smooth, check this out (4MB)

Adobe and all those ones are awesome, but if you're just editing for a bit of fun get Windows Movie Maker 2, it's free and is 8mb and has some cool effects. Very simple to use.
