I use riverpast video recorder, but it costs money but http://www.techsmith.com/download/snagitdefault.asp?lid=DownloadSnagIt has a free full featured 30-day trial, its not very good, but after tweaking FPS rate and such, its pretty good. From there, I suggest Windows Movie Maker 2, I really like it. Steve Zissou: Anne-Marie, do all the interns get Glocks? Anne-Marie: No, they have to share one.
