The readme says I should press D to run - but I can't run

Is that because it's an unlockable or something?

The engine is very nice but I'm finding the game a little difficult at the moment (not really sure what I should do

)

I'll post most as soon as I actually achieve something.

Ah I just found the double jump powerup - guessing it's the same for running then!

Yes sir! It's probably best to get them first then go into the lava zone, find the tunnel under the forest and use the spring to get to the moon. It saves powerups when you complete a level and that's the fastest method.
