Well... good news and weird news. Good news is, I spent a while this evening ironing out a few kinks in the online gameplay mode. There are two rainbow splotches in the test level and one is assigned randomly to each player with a tag above it. I haven't been able to test it with anyone else yet, but from what I've done so far I seem to have killed that brownsplosion bug. It was a very satisfyingly quick and thorough fix, and I haven't had it bug out again yet.
However, I fully expect that report to change on my next devlog.
The weird news is... I have no clue where maVado went. He's been really busy the past few weeks and so hasn't had time to answer DC Mails. I was planning to show you all the new graphics in this devlog but oh well!
Now... all I can really do is wait and keep piddling away at the online mode. Just because I've nothing else to show you, take a look at a squished-down screenshot of the quick screensaver I made.
EDIT: Oh also, added a few things to the lobby. There's an error string now (made that out of necessity. Apparently there's either a server error or another OMC out there) and I cleared up a few buttons and lists that needed reset when you disconnect or fail to connect.
