Just keeping everyone up-to-date on what's happened.
Real-life going-ons
Firstly, I recently moved, which has taken days of my free time away. Secondly, I built a new computer. Switch to Win7, reinstalling programs and exploring the capabilities of the system has taken pretty much the rest of my free time.
But very shortly I'll be resuming development on Twisted Tower! There's still lots to be done!
Composer situation
I haven't chosen the composer to do the music for Twisted Tower yet, but I've got several very talented composer applicants of rather diverse styles interested in the project, so I should be able to soon choose one of them.
To any composers still interested in applying (announcement and details in previous devlog update), I'll accept new applications until the end of the month. With the amount of applicants, it's best you're prepared to do some custom sample tracks however, to stand above the others.
To all composer candidates, I'm looking for mainly three things in a composer.
* Fitting style (how well their music/style fits the game)
* Diversity/adaptability (all tracks must not sound the same or use the exact same instruments)
* Communication (not the amount, but the way the composer works and handles feedback)
New trailer to come
Once the composer has been chosen, they'll gain some exposure very soon after, as I'm planning to release a new teaser trailer afterwards, also featuring music the composer has made.
