Stain Berge returns with an addition to the classic Hell Creatrures & Rotten Corpse. Now with Nightmare (ooh!) added to the titled, you could only imagine how hard this games gonna be.

Presentation
------------
Primarily the same as the first one, with the exception the word "nightmare" zooms into the screen. Man that looked cool. I think it looked a bit corny with nightmare over the title art though, but like you said, it's just a demo.

Gameplay
--------
With all the bugs in the first one fixed, Mr. Berge has made sure Knight Richard has no shooting problems. The game's controls are intact to the first one and it plays just great. I can't tell if it's a custom movement engine or not, but if it isn't, then don't bother adding one in.

Graphics
--------
Wow. I was stunned to see this boy's graphics get a nice boost. The grass and dirt look terrific. Very detailed. The blood fromm the enemies looks great. Richard looks much cooler now and most of his weapons are edited, and they look so much better, primarily the dagger and swords. There is so much detail in the game it's amazing. The background has lakes and bats and monsters roaming about. THe always cool leaves still appear and just make this game badass.

Sound and Music
---------------
Once again Stain is the master of midis. He has picked an awesome track for the 1st stage. At first I thought it was a remix of fade to black! The hell creatures all have thier own sounds and add to the game's atmosphere. Great job.

Lastability
-----------
The first was infamous for it's difficulty. This is no exception. The game is much harder, but you still can't help but feel it's your fault it's hard. This makes players want to come back for another shot at it and will keep them hooked. Very addictive.

Overall
-------
Much better than I expected. Anyone who held gripes over the first now have no reason now to play this demo. The game shows much promise and will be a fine addition to the Daily Click. Peace!
