Hey!
This basicaly happend when i said to myself... Could i make a half playable game in a day. The answer is .. NO! But i managed to squeeze out a DEMO.
THIS VERSION IS A DEMO AND ONLY HAS ENDURANCE MODE AVAILABLE.
The graphics suck, the game sucks, the conecept and stuff SUCKS! but it does have alil twist where you can choose different player Ships. And the ships have different stats.
The stats are:
POWER (this determines how much damage you do)
HITS (this is how many hits you can take before a horrible horrible death)
SHEILD (decreases the damage enemys do)
RECHARGE how fast your weps recharge

CONTROLS:
up down left right: fly around
shift: (menu) select , (ingame) fire primary wep
- simple huh!

WHAT TO EXPEXT FROM FINAL RELEASE:
Well not that much! I dont have it in me to make a full blown game out of it, but basicaly it involves scoring puts so you can upgrade your ships, or unlock more! Also (already started on) gona have it so players can draw their own ship, the give it base stats.
Only gonna have like 10 levels, but obviusly they get increasingly harder.
Include being able to load old games.
Include being able to access story mode (which isnt really a story BUT it does envolve Rikus!!!)

THE DEMO:
I have made it so 3 ships are unlocked
Only endurance mode is available (even though it doesnt even give you a choice)
And one last thing: This is not the finished product, things may change in the final version!
NOTE: all grahics are done by me (not that their any good) exept the bg on the endurance screen... i think thats a photo... :s
UPDATE:
now it saves your progress and you can upgrade your ship by spending points in the "buy stats" screen!

FOR FUN:
This DEMO was actualy just made in good fun, and too see if i could make something in a day that gave 5 mins of happyness..... Wow, how pointless...
