This is a complete remake of my gamebuilder contest entry from last halloween.

The game features 3 games, Halloween Candy, Halloween Tag, and Ghost In The Graveyard.

In Halloween Candy, you try to keep as far away from Dr. Kijek as long as possible. The longer you stay alive, the more points you recieve.

Halloween Tag plays much more like freeze tag. When Dr. Kijek catches you, he turns you into a pumpkin, and you stay that way until one of your friends touches you.

In Ghost in the Graveyard, Dr. Kijek hides randomly somewhere in the mansion and moves about. Continue searching hiding spots until Dr. Kijek is found, then everyone has to run to the cage in the foyer before they are caught.

The game also features 3 modes of play for Halloween Candy and Ghost In The Graveyard. They are "The More The Merrier", "Everyman For Themselves", and "Last Man Standing".

In The More the Merrier, you are allowed to switch between all the players in the mansion with the 1-5 keys, you recieve more points for the ammount of players you have.

In Everyman For Themselves, you play as one person. There are also bonus candies hidden through out the mansion you can collect for more points in this mode.

In Last Man Standing, there are no points, instead each person is given a place, the last one left alive will claim 1st place.

I started working on a Demo reel the other day, and I really liked the concept of Halloween Candy, and I wanted to include it.

However, the game really didn't demonstrate the concept very well, so anyways, 4 days later, I have a new version, started from scratch (well, for the most part).

Everything has been re-done on this game, improved graphics, better gameplay, ect. I also added in a tutorial, a new game (Ghost In The Graveyard) and other neat little tidbits.

I'd be interested in any feedback I can get.

ISSUE: If the mouse gets all jacked up at the beginning, simply hit Alt+Enter to go to windowed mode.

i like the graphic = the animations is very well made... i like that it's a big house whit many objects... it would be more fun if you made like stones you could pick up and throw on him, or like weapons.
lol how did you do the text to cool? . hey! it would be cool if it was gettting darker and darker and he was running whit a lamp in his hand = that would be cool = hehe ... i liked the game but it was getting boring after a while i dont rate because i dont know how much i should rate...

Thanks for the feedback. Did you try the different game modes?

I was batting around the idea of adding a day/night system with some type of light source.

I stricktly left out weapons for a specific point, although I am going to revisit this concept somewhat in the near future, although it will be more of an action game.

Thanks again for the feedback!

Looks like this is winning the GOTW contest.

Perfect timing.

That is ironic, because a few people on here told me I should've released this on halloween. Strange.

I love that I was taken out of the credits, completely. It's fine, you still suck at art.
