I think the reason that people care about spelling here is because the noob-ness of someone can partially be determined by their spelling.
Tell me, from these examples, which person sounds more like a noob?
person a: Hello, this is my game, bobbity goes and slashes barney on the neck. I think this game is fun and you should try it too.
person b: HIE gise, dis r my gam, bobty gos nd slazhesz brny on teh nek. I tink dis gam is funn an u shuld trie it 2 LOLZ ROFL!.

bibin are you an extra from south park the movie cos that line reminds me of the scene where cartman gets sent to the councillors office for swearing. Anyway:
I am usually alright with my punctuation and the likes, it's just that my last few posts have been at like 1 and 2 in the morning and i just want to get to bed.
In answer to your question about the noob sounding person:
Neither as both are now socially accepted ways of witing comment on the internet, but the game itself sounds shit! LOLZ
Just kidding. you really can't tell somones noob-ness(?) from the way they write their comments.

Well, my avatar is what I would look like in south park. Yes, that is part of Mr. Garrison's line from the movie.
Anyway, using things like "LOLZ" and "OMGWTF" and "R U O K? I am kool." usually make people sound stupid. And noob-types are generally stupid. (Oh man I just set that up for myself didn't I.)

Spelling mistakes and lack of grammar are also sometimes human error. Therefore correcting a mistake is rude (if genuine).

I'm mostly reffering to the fact that people often don't bother to quickly glance at their text to see if they didn't spell things like a 5-year old.

nah, me neither. There is no point in creating "an entire vector game" when the entire game is not vectors.

you could make the spaceships out of vectors, and make them rotate in 3d and stuff.
