If for example you spent a year doing up a classic car and someone comes along and steals it and sells it on would you just say "oh well, at least someone is driving it! God bless them!"

Apart from anything else it's highly disrespectful to the creators and on a serious note it's illegal. If one of my creations was on there i'd be taking action for sure.

No doubt this guy's inbox is full of other complaints. Nobody can actually BUY the 1000 games pack though at the moment can they? So it's probably being looked into no doubt, already. Thusly he's not making money off of the games... at least for the time being perhaps.
Also, this guy's personal site could be the most ABYSMAL site ever. Every page has a different layout leaving you like - wtf where am I now? REAL professional ¬_¬ Though I would pick up on that ...
This guy needs a serious slap - I know I'd join the queue. Not to mention a fine of some sort.
I think emailing him is a bit of a weak approach really because he can just choose to ignore them or come up with an excuse to any officials saying 'he didn't notice the emails' or whatever and accumulate some sort of defense. So I say you tell whoever deals with this sort of scamming thing and contact them directly and let them handle the matter. This way he has no excuse and is shut down etc in no time too.
That's the best way really, rather than sending emails written in ... "cyber" blood, if you like. ¬_¬

I might be wrong, but to me this just looks like a way to make money with ads. People go "omg games" and click to buy it and all they get is ads. It's still using the names of our games to make money of course.

Peter don't judge the rest of us by your low standards, many people have made success stories of their game creations. Indeed some games released as "free" on this site have been far better quality than many $25+ shareware or commercial games.
You generalise that nobody here could ever make money from their talents and they should be content that someone has stolen their hard work is laughable and highly retarded.
