Okay so we've had threads about consoles and computers - it's time for handheld games and laptops.
rom left-to-right:
Row 1: PowerBook G3 Pismo, Apple 1400cs, some HP shit, dell c600
row 2: Some inspiron garbage, PowerBook G4 aluminum, battered but functional 1ghz DVI PBG4 tibook.
Not seen: PowerBook G4 titanium in perfect condition, 500mhz.
From left to right:
Row 1: GameBoy Pocket silver/black twotone, black GB pocket, black/silver twotone GBP, red GBP, 3 parts GBP's
Row 2: GB original, spraypainted GB original, GBASP, GBA original, two sega nomads
Thinkpad 600e, thinkpad 560, thinkpad 560, thinkpad 560, Compag Presario v5000, Dell Lattitude Cpi, Dead Compaq Presario, and an old toshiba at grandmums. All these laptops and only one good usable one, which stays in the dining room as the family computer. >_>
I really can't wait to buy a working good new thinkpad.
GBA, GBA, GBA Micro (Bro's, actually), DS phat, GB (somehow killed it. >_>.
Geesh, I have more than I thought. And none of it is new. I used to envy people who had the latest gadgets and computers, paid for by their parents, and guess what?
Game Gear,Gameboy, Gameboy Color, GBA, GBA SP, DS, DS Lite. Don't suppose an Ipod touch counts as a hand held gaming device? >_O I do use it mainly for games after all.
I did have a GP32 with backlit screen but I got rid of it T_T;
Those gameboys are a long story; basically, I bought a lot of 6 broken GB pockets and managed to make four working ones out of them. I am going to backlight one of them. I have the extras so if I mess up I don't feel too bad.
The DS is "rubbish" as you say; that is why I sold all three of them.
My small collection of handhelds, well only small when compared with Bibin's
From top left; Neogeo pocket, Gameboy advance, Commodore 64 DTV (its not just an old joystick it is actually a handheld unit) Chunky DS, PSP, GP2X, Sega Nomad,
The Sega nomad was kinda broken so i got it fairly cheap. You have to pull the cable towards you slightly for it to work so ive glued it in place. It doesn't work with batteries at all sadly.
I rarely play any of them. I probably use my PSP most.
And my laptop which weights about 9001 kilos but is really awesome. I also never use it. It's more like a backup in case my pc explodes in my face and I'm left without internets.
