Hey people, my problem is, I have a game I want to make. But it's using the graphics that were put in the library by default. So my question is, can I use the graphics in the library without having to give credit or without being sued?

Thanks for the reply,

Actually yes. But it may only be used in applications made with TGF or MMF (1 or 2).

Just give a once over the license agreements you accepted when you bought their software. Sounds stupid, but if you're that concerned over your legal protection, it might be a good idea.

I agree,
if you are dead serious about this, go check your license agreement.

I think he is talking about a commercial game...?
Thats different than a freeware one, at least with legal issues?

I want people to see my game, but I don't want to get sued by it. I may sell it someday.
I'll take a look at license agreements, thanks for your help guys!

Well as long as you give credit and don't sell it for money then I guess it's alright.

Edit: Oh, Nvm. I see I'm too late.

You don't even need to look at the license until you think about selling your game.
They put those graphics in their for you to use.
You won't get sued

Like I said though, once you want to sell your game, take a look at the agreement.

Mack Tanner. If you dare to use even one pixel of those graphics I will personally sue you for every last penny, dollar, euro, or other local currency that you have.

Alternatively, no. You'll be fine.

the sounds and images included with MMF2 are open licensed to the purchasers; you can use them in commercial products, provided you bought a valid copy of MMF2. However, finding someone who would buy a game with library graphics, thats a bit more troubling
