I used to love nintendo's games, but now I have lost all respect for them. They're games now suck biiiig time. They keep pumping out Mario games (Mario 1: Save the Princess, Mario 2: I have no clue, Mario 3: Save the Princess: Mario World, Mario 64, save the princess! !) And now they have mario sunshine, where you have to clean! And I walked into a gaming store...You know what I discovered? Barbie video games...and the horror...THREE STOOGES: THE VIDEO GAME! God help us! Post your opinon about Nintendo. >_<

I think Nintendo's out of ideas. Now they're just randomly making things in their struggle to make something new. Obviously their efforts aren't working.
Umh... the barbie games arn't made by Nintendo...
But what 'bout the Zelda games? They're good! And Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart: DD!!, and you know... they still make good games, you know. But it's enough of those Mario Party games, now.

I'm all for Super Smash Bros Melee! Mario Kart Double Dash was pointless and not worth the extra money over Mario Kart 64, in my opinion. (What's the point in having a two man kart again?)
But Nintendo's been losing it in game quality since they hit it with Nintendo 64 and their game designers started dropping out to Playstation. For the 98% most part Nintendo wants to keep their games clean for children under the age of 10, therefore you see lots of very bad kiddy games.
They have also been losing it with their mascot Mario and his games. People all around the world have been getting disappointed with how they have lost the basic classic gameplay of the Mario series where as you run around in a platform game, collect power ups, and smach bad guys. Luckily Nintendo says that their next big Mario game will be back to classic game play style. I really hope.
Nintendo is the best "computer game" company that has ever existed. Creators of the best console ever (Super Nintendo that is). Which allowed my young mind to be warped by awesome titles such as Secret Of Mana, Breath Of Fire and Zelda... All games which have more replayability originality than these 3D games.

why do certain people either love sega and hate nintendo or hate nintendo and love sega?
personally i buy games if i like them for whatever console or my pc if its cheaper (which it usually is).
im not going to be turned off my gamecube or playstation 2 simply because the latest games arent 100% perfect.
and games are just as good as they have always been, but perhaps gamers are more sophisticated nowadays than back in the 2d era where it was easier to shock someone with well put together pieces of software.
Nintendo just have to have more games that appeal to teenagers, well the majority of teenagers (There are some disgraceful nerds). Throw in guns and stuff. More of it.

actually 3 Stoogies and barbie and barney and all that crap can be found on any system.
But the only thing Nintendo did wrong was forgetting online play. 2 games! Just two online games! What were they thinking?
LMAO, Nintendo is still kicking ass in the gaming buisness, and will be for a long time now!
they have created some of biggest games ever seen, other companies just bought it off them. Nintendo is still continuing some of there biggest series such as Zelda, Mario, Metroid. i dont think there getting "old", Nintendo has just started pulling out the good games, wait till the end of this year, X-box and Playstation 2 are gonna be screwed when Metroid Prime 2 and Zelda WW 2 comes out.
Mario Party was fun. 2 was fun aswell, but after that it got repetative.
Anyone ever notice all the good RPG type games are on PS/PS2? The Star Oceans, Final Fantasies, and even Saga Frontier was fun(though it lacked a storyline...any storyline. How'd they pull off an RPG with no storyline!?)
