Chris Branch brings us a strange game wher you play as a ball. It was made for Circy's birthday contest (??) so that exlpains alot there.

Presentation
------------
Um, none whatsoever. It just..kinda begins. The intro screen looks terrible too. Sorry. (I hate being mean).

Gameplay
--------
I know where this engine came form. SOme dude has a complete Tails (from Sonic) engine on his site. But Chirs said it's heavily edited, and I belive him. Obviosuly the game's strength lies in the gameplay. The controls are a bit awkward tho, and I found myslef missing jumps I shouldn't have. Once you oose all you lives, that's it. And you die rather easy. Especially in the third stage.

Graphics
--------
Even if it was a rushed job, at least the ball dude himslef could been shaded or something, but then I guess that'd make him stand out WAY to much. Nice one Strife for pointing out the mmf library diamond. lol.

Sound and Music
---------------
Nothing wrong here. I recognized one sonic track, and the rest seemd alright.

Lastability
------------
I found the game's hard gameplay to be more frustrating than rewarding. You are always the same ball dude, never get anything really, not even a password. The third level is very, very hard, and I could barely manage to get to it without dying alot at stage 2 for some reason. It's possible, but the game becomes frustrating enough to make you not want to try to beat it anymore.

Overall
-------
This was a rush job, and I kept that in mind while playing it. But how quickly was this game made? Was there any time left to improve the graphics? I think it would have been nice to add at least some gradient backdrops at least. The one-color tones bore after a while.

In the long run, Ballbloke 2 is a medicore game, but keeping it's nature in mind gives it more of a fighting chance. Peace yall.
