After seeing a Menu tutorial a while ago for beginers and looking through it and seeing it really wasnt as easy as it was letting on, let alone effective AT ALL I decided to make a quick example on a menu.

Example Features
1. Loads the menu option's selection Internally
2. Loads the menus option's selection Externally
