They kinda over done the whole "Hedgehog with ATTITUDE" thing... I have the normal Sonic on my pillowcase.. the cuter friendlier one The way he's meant to be.
I love the rabbits, I think Rayman needs to be scrapped alot sooner than Sonic however. He such boring character design

Still, I was talking about the attitude. The game was ok and looked very good in the original. Rayman 2 was a bit too childish, Rayman 3 was just about right in my opinion, but Rayman 4 will have too much attitude, or at least senseless violence.
Oh I see. Hmmm well I had rayman for the GBA. The character sprite was big, so you could'nt see a great way ahead of you. Also the graphics were pretty dark in some spots, especially the earlier forest levels

The PC version is better. No palette reduction like on the GBA and fully visible screen.
I personally love Sonic. All Mega Drives Sonics, and Sonic Adventure 1 are my favorites. But from there it all went downhill for me. Sonic Adventure 2 mostly sucked. Sonic Heroes was ok, but nothing great or exciting, Shadow the hedgehog should not have left the planning stages, that game was just horrible. Sonic Advance series were fun, specially the third one. Sonic Rush, I start playing it now and I love the music, but that's all really a matter of taste and opinion.
It breaks my heart how Sega refuses to give Sonic a decent 3D game. Sonic put Sega where it is right now, or put Sega in the map back then, and Sonic deserves more than these mediocre games. I haven't played the new one yet but honestly, I think I will wait until the system's and the games prices drop until I spend my money one it.
I've seen it, it's great I can't wait for Sonic Rivals to arrive. I pre ordered it back in June when walmart had a mistake on their page and were charging for it only $19.99 when it should be $34.95 lol it should be here tomorrow
