What the hell is this?

Cannot paste the events: the origin events contain references to a qualifier.

How am I meant to do anything now? I'd have to copy/paste my events into each level, making it REALLY awkward if I need to update anything.

I Can't do any more work on my game because of this. How could Clickteam have this little foresight!? I need certain events to apply to all of a certain object or I can't do it. What really sucks is that this is for a final year project and I've only 4 months to finish the game. I was developing it all in one level, but now I'm doing the others, I'm stuck.

Are they going to fix this any time soon?

No, you can go fuck yourself. You're not funny, and you're not a tough guy. As you continue thinking you're hilarious ignoring my posts in favour of "Random" silliness, you still continue to be not funny.

If I don't get this project finish, I can't pass the year, and don't have the funds to repeat. Stupid me for having faith in clickteam not to mess with a workaround almost everyone used. I'd try and appeal to you on the basis of ethics but it's clear that you have none, in this wonderful internet age of Encyclopedia Dramatica and newfags.

Perhaps have a friendlier tone? People will help a lot quicker that way *pinches anyway*

You left this place suddenly with a pretty bad reputation last time, so don't expect people to be polite and helpful little bunnies when you click your fingers, snow white

I wasn't attacking anyone in my first post and two failfags laughed in my face! So obviously it doesn't help. Sorry for showing some actual *upset* in my original post, you might be too if you just found out you couldn't finish a project you needed to for college because some small developer suing sloppy coders took out an essential workaround to a problem they still refuse to fix.

You were massive retards, and obviously still are. Looking through some of the PMs I didn't read for months only confirms this, and your admins are the kind that like pushing fakeness as much as possible and will refuse to allow certain things to be discussed in a certain manner since they're seemingly allergic to any kind of heated dicussion. Perfect environment for a troll, and not the funny kind but the sadistic.

However, I'm not going to judge the entire board by the ones that get into one sided arguments with me. There are always going to be at least some people on almost any given board who aren't total dumbshits. Obviously, certain people including yourself don't have the common courtesy to not act like a total jackass when someone is in dire need of help. You can rat on about me getting angry all you like, but I'm not the one upsetting anyone.

Look, it's hard to take you seriously with that awful default avatar. Perhaps you are taking the attitude of an internet community a tad too seriously?

Let's do something hypothetically here for a sec. You go up to a bunch of people you somewhat, but barely know, and deliver a message that essentially contains the following idea: "Fuck. Help me. Fuck. You suck, and clickteam sucks. Fucking suck fuckers. Fuck. Help me or you suck." There's even an equation: Seriousness of post == Post's original seriousness value / number of repeated words of profanity.

Perhaps if your initial post was just asking for help, instead of insulting people who are putting time into something that isn't perfect, people would be willing to help.

After reading everything again, it's not so much Adam's posts that are funny, but your ridiculous seemingly drug-induced reactions. Perhaps we should limit ourselves to *four* cups of coffee per minute instead of the ridiculous twenty four you seem to be drinking?

Now, I fully expect you to flame me after this post because you're pissed off. Instead, try apologizing to the various people you have insulted, and try restating your question in a civilized and adult manner. People might help you then.

I only insulted Clickteam - and with good cause. "How could Clickteam have this little foresight!?"

This is perfectly valid! They consistently refuse to fix relavitely simple problems and charge $100 when they finally decide to give you a new version that's barely distinguishable from the last.

Even if people don't like me, others are going to have this problem. I'm reacting out of anger with good cause. I normally hate when people say it, but grow up. I'm not going to apologise to anyone. If anything, the morons laughing "In my face" should apologise. Why should I apologise and not them? They're obviously not aggravated like I am. Why does this not bother you? Because you're yet another Internet moral vendor that doesn't care who's actually upset, only what it looks upsetting on the surface. It would be unethical for me to take your advice.

Although you may be angry, the internet has a great feature: you can buffer what you say before submitting it. Even if you are aggrevated; frustrated; any feeling, if you're asking for help, not posting the anger helps. Think! In real life, even if you are angry, people are more likely to listen to your needs if you ask for help, dictate that it is urgent, yet remain calm. On the internet, it is very easy! You don't need to type exactly what comes to mind. You can just as easily type a non-angry version that still gets your message through.

I'm a tad bothered by the fact that they *seemingly* made no attempt at helping you, I'll give you that. I'm not saying I dislike you in particular; saying one dislikes someone on the internet after a few posts is childish in the least, but that does not make my point about your anger expression's disadvantages any less valid.

They didn't just not help me, they laughed in my face. Since they know me as volatile, how is that anything but trolling?

What you're advocating is post processing of emotion, which is fake and disgusting. If someone's happy, they should show it. If they're happy, they should show it. The internet is cold and fake enough as it is without making it worse.

SilverNova, Champion Selective Reader. Did you not miss the two morons laughing like jackasses in the first two replies? I was talking about solutions to problems.
