THE MUCH ANTICIPATED NEW GAME FROM STONED HEART SOFTWARE (a division of shrivelled heart software) OPERATION 420!!!!

Operation 420 is a platform game with a twist!... That twist is drugs!
The game has jumping puzzles as usual but there are drugs which alter your perceptions of the game, and are there to confuse you. For example; bongs screw up your vision; heroin reverses your keys; ecstasy tablets make everything go faster; crystal meth makes you go invisible; ketamine adds a delay on your keypresses and marijuana helps to bring you down.
But I think the drug you guys will most like is the laughing gas, which flips gravity, and so you walk on the ceiling.

This is not an easy game, but I hope you enjoy it.

Please note the drugs are there for purely humorous reasons and I liked the theme, and I do not condone their use. 420 smo3k evey day!

Playing this game was a strange experience. It reminded me of Revenge of the Sunfish :
However, the platform engine makes it really annoying. You should decrease the deceleration if you use the default platform movement.

wow this game looks trippy.
you forgot to put in there LSD and/or acid which makes you hellucinate

<3 drugs

Holy crap. What the heck just happened?

You can get mushroooms, and you do take acid at one point in the game. I made my own platform movement - you get used to it after a while, but if you are finding it too difficult set the framerate on low its easier to handle.

I don't mind telling you that the platform movement is painstakingly threatening to any fun this game could potentially be. I'm sorry, but it ruins it.

I think the engine works ok, but the game feels sluggish because of the slowdown. The color settings are probably needlessly high. If the color setting was at 65,000 instead of millions, I bet the game would run smoothly (one notch lower than that would probably work too). It might also help to check the box "machine independent speed" to help the game run at it's intended speed, even though it might sacrifice a bit of framerate.

I liked the platforming. It's custom. Mind, I play it in medium fps. I like the style. The later levels get better.

Lower colour setting version: - though im not sure it will make any difference, the thing that lags it is the big wavy thing

Pretty cool game, but it's much too hard. =/

I'm not just saying this because I made it, but this game deserves GOTW far more than that terrible lemmings clone.
