May I proudly present to you: Alien Assault.

This new retro space shooter is fast paced, fun, and addicting. Blast through many waves of enemy fire and take down the mother ship! Do you have what it takes to defeat the alien fleet?

Mission Briefing:
As galactic space vessle AA-128 returns home from a scouting mission, it is confronted by the alien enemy fleet!
There is no time! You must assault!

The game play was 5 star and sort of reminded me of Galaga. Really enjoyed the boss fights that definitely added somthing extra and kept me playing! The game engine was very well put together too (5 star). In my opinion though wasn't a big fan of the graphics although i know alot of clickers are, i also found the music alittle annoying but i guess you were going for a retro feel! So i'm gonna give you 4 stars! Just want to say i really enjoyed this game and i definitely recommend clickers download this as you don't get many Space shooters these days! GOOD JOB!!!!!

Right i'm gonna have a look at your back catalog as i bet you have some other gems!

I liked it a lot, but it felt a bit cluttered at times, I couldn't really see what was going on and that ultimately led to me getting hit by a bullet behind the score or lives counter. But I really liked the design and feel otherwise!

Fantastico! Perfect retro stylings, great graphical effects (loved the player ship being blown up - it was as much fun to die as it was not to!)

Spiritual sequel to Alien Gunner...?
I actually ended up saying this out loud to myself when I saw the screenshots: 'Ooh, that looks hot!'
If any of my family members had of heard me say that, they could easily of gotten the wrong idea as to what kind of websites I view in my spare time...

...uh, anyway, great looking game!

I've just finished testing out this game and got as far as the floating fire boss.
I must say that this game is pure excellence! Despite some resembalances to Alien Gunner, it was still quite different; even if it weren't, I wouldn't see that as a problem.
The graphics, the music and the gameplay all combine to make up this great, enjoyable game. This is without a doubt one of the most entertaining games I've seen on TDC for a long while.
Naturally, I vote for it to win GOTW.

Dude, this is awesome. Love the retro style. Very Atari Lynx. I especially like the music. If only I could deliver something like this. I need to work on my skills a lot.

Again, a blast to play! I missed some of the features and game-play elements you'd included in Alien Gunner (choosing which weapon power-ups you wanted; the end-of-wave bonuses), but all in all this is a much snappier game. You used a lot of newer technology/effects in this one--the green one-eyed boss with the pincered tentacles comes to mind--and it reminded me of The Guardian Legend on the NES.

I'm a major fan of shmups...thanks for making yet another great one!

Definately the best space shooter I've seen today! (I was at a seminar where I watched about 10-15 spaceshooters)

Really amazing graphics. These type of games makes me warm inside.
