My brother (PirateMonkey) and I have been working on a 3D game made with Allegro and C++ called "HoverWar." This is just a beta engine. Don't expect great graphics at this point, because we've just been coding the engine. Once we are through with that, we will work on the graphics. Anyway, there aren't any baddies or anything. Basicly, you just have to test drive the hovercraft movement. + and - will start and stop your hovercraft, and the arrows move it up, down, left, and right. Read the About text file to learn more about this beta engine, and about the full version. We're mainly just testing the power of Allegro.

Go and test it or be sad!

Couldn't figure it out at first, but then i realised what was going on, and it's a nice engine. Nice and smooth... but please, please, please add some real graphics (ground and sky textures) to lift it off the ground

Sheesh! It's obviously not the final version because it's a BETA ENGINE!

Cool engine. It would be better if you made the engine simpler though ( e.g. use CTRL or Shift to accelerate ). For some reason, I can't delete some of the files though.

Hmmm...I don't know why it won't delete...:/
