This is the demo for Tyrant of Isle Maurico, the prequel to GoTW nominee "Scurvy Sanchez". Sanchez's ship sinks during a battle, and he gets carried away and stranded on Isle Maurico. There he discovers that the island is held under control by the evil Sergei Smellski, who doesn't allow anyone to leave it. Solve puzzling tasks to get further in your quest to overthrow Sergei in this platform adventure. Featuring original graphics, custom engine and a save feature.

Yeah, GOTW nominee basically means he uploaded screenshots with his game.

BTW, this is a weird question, but does Sergei look like a cowboy to you? it's a comment I've gotten from a friend. (you see Sergei in the end of demo-scene)

I've voted down. This game is better than the first game, but it still isn't good. Sanchez' walk animation is really stiff and walking is really weird. Really slow and stuff. And about being hit by enemies, that's really bad. You even get hit when you're not touching the enemy. Oh and the animation of the frogs could have been worked on much more, frogs don't use just one leg to walk.
