Snippet Manager 2 is a simple little program to help you organize and edit small, reuseable pieces of MMF code.
It's very similar to the original version, which can still be found here: http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=7421

The main changes are:

* The introduction of a new snippet format (all snippets are stored in a single txt file, instead of numerous individual ini files) - which makes it much quicker and easier to create new snippets.

* Keyboard shortcuts to make it even easier to edit parameters (eg. Pressing "Enter" will add the brackets and quotes needed when specifying an object, and will automatically select the text you need to change).

The included readme file contains more detailed instructions.
Feel free to create and share your own new snippets
Also, I probably made a mistake or two when writing the snippets, so let me know if you find any.

This seems more like a step backwards from sm1 than a step forwards.

-loss of a built in editor.
-less parameters (8 in sm1 only 6 in sm2).
-single text file with all snippets? (loading from a directory all present txt files would be better. wouldnt have to copy pasta or add to a file. easier to add others snippets too. just download their text file and throw it in the snippets directory).
-oh and last but not least, its missing quite a few of the original snippets from sm1.

i also like the old icon over the new one.

i'll keep using the old snippet manager. thanks though.

That is genius. Why didn't I know about this before?
