Bring your favourite equations to life, or simply draw with a bit of controlled chaos- with the aid of this simple little app, you can churn out endless weird and wonderful creations.

The basic controls give you the ability to draw lots of dots at random with a given size, or you can draw directly on the canvas with the mouse (useful for producing shapes, or fixing up missed spots). You can also both export to and import from the clipboard, along with inverting the colours (watch out for those random sounds- hold down the button for even more fun!), and drawing spheres with random colours. If you are out of ideas / want to know how to write equations with some examples, just hit the ! buttons- these will give you random equations. The larger ! button randomises all of the equations simultaneously.

The music is an original piece by Yours Truly. You can 'hack' the app to play whatever you would rather hear by simply replacing the "snow.ogg" file with a different ogg file of your choice

Self extracting / installer based version also available here, for those who prefer it: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1087156/Procedural%20Art%20Generator/Procedural%20Art%20Generator.exe

To be added in a possible future version:
* Undo button (for now you can just use the clipboard to make a backup, and restore from that)
* Checkbox to draw continuously without having to hold down the button (I've tested this locally and it is mucho handy for drawing complex images with small dot size- see this for an example: http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/387904_10150395074701219_700431218_8395371_1065858059_n.jpg)

Humour me Fordom, and I'll assume you have a sensible reason for giving me 1 star. What do you actually find wrong with this app, that makes it deserve the lowest score possible? I don't mind criticism, particularly constructive, but a mere 3 character non-sensical post doesn't help me at all.

Keep in mind that the example pictures have nothing to do with the quality or usefulness of the app itself, so if those sparked the low rating I'd encourage you to re-evaluate your decision.

From the pictures I thought it actually looked quite impressive. I don't know why Fordom has rated it that way, seems unfair not to even explain why. I kinda feel the need to make up for it with.. *Rates download*

Ill do the same, I think Fordorms coment is completely unnecessary without any explanation why.

This looks really fun.. unfourtunately I wont be able to try it... Is it possible to make sprites (video game sprites) with this?

Technically yes. You can draw anything with this.. but I wouldn't personally use it for that. It's more effective for backgrounds.
