Ballzoid is my first game ever. It's a bat and Ball game with 8 different levels and many

different powerups. The levels get fiendishly difficult, but it has all been playtested and

should be fun to play. Please play and rate it, as I want to know what to improve on.

Arrows move the bat about.
Spacebar to use the laser powerup.
Esc to quit at any time.

The entire game was by me, it took an entire day to make
Thanks to my Brother for spell checking this, as I know you don't like bad typers.

I think the first game I ever made was a bat and ball game too, he he, and this is alot better than mine was! These games are easy to make but hard to make great and excite the player but the power ups are cool. Remind me of DX Ball! Or maybe you were inspired by that game!
Maybe improve the presentation a bit, for example, the default font for the score object etc, never looks good. And have different music for each level, that music restarting for every level started to annoy!
But nice first game, I liked it.

very nice breakout type game.
kinda plain tho. maybe more power ups. improved graphics. more brick types. some neat backgrounds would be nice.

this makes me want to make a death ball game.

Playing this made me want to go and make a bat and ball game! Very good for your first game, i liked the boxes that contain more balls and the fire ball power up was cool. Got difficult in the last levels , you should make part 2, just do some backgrounds! Thumbs up

My first game was an epic adventure game with 30 hours of gameplay.

Needless to say it didn't get finished and I've since toned down my expectations. I should've made a bat and ball game.

lol the problem i have is that i keep doin a bit of a game then thinking ooh i can do beter and starting again so thats why i tryed a simple game

Got to the 4th level and died of boredom.

I HATE bat and ball games.

Mainly because they are all the same.

This one is no different.

But hey, it runs well, and plays good if you like that sort of thing.

I'll go with the crowd.
