Oh well, yet another vitalized mini-game to my account. This one is probably the tiniest (200x250) game I've ever finished. Prepare your magnifying glasses..

MEMORIZE is a puzzle-memory-reaction game. The game creates patterns of colored blocks for few seconds for player to observe & memorize until they disappear. Your goal is to completely reproduce the original pattern as fast as possible.

When you proceed, you'll face more and more difficult levels with more complicated patterns and less time to memorize them. Reproducing the more complicated patterns in the given limited time will also requier some fast reactions/clicking. You have 3 lives, so it's possible to fail/retry levels if you have extra lives left.

The final score comes from the difficulty level of completed levels with the time-bonuses from fast memorizing and reproducing. Good score equals something like 3000 points (e.g. with 9 levels completed). Highest score I could imagine is something like 10 000+ points (~20 levels). And yes, there is an online hi-score table (top-50), naturally too.

Controls:
---------

ARROW KEYS - select a block / move in the grid
CTRL/SHIFT - change the color
ENTER - drop the blocks / continue

or:
MOUSE
LEFT/RIGHT click
RIGHT click
to do the same

The game runs directly in your browser (requiers the Vitalize! plugin).
EDIT/Jan 2009: Vitalized version not available at the moment, dl link changed to updated stand-alone exe version

Not a fan of the genere. The controlls are a bit slow which makes the game frustrating. And the screen IS to small. But still - this is a piece of solid work - as far as vitalized games go. And it kept me amused for a while - just until my eyes didn't start to hurt
Thumbs up.

Why not make the player click on the blocks to change color?

Really nice game btw. Although i suck at this

??? But you CAN click on the block to change it's color. It just happens too slow...

Yep, unfortunately it does move bit too slow with mouse..let's see if I figure out a better way to make it... Thanks for the feedback.

Nice mini-game.
Like others say,the only draw back is that it takes too long for colours to change while clicking with the mouse.
